2021 Hanukkah Celebration Guide

We’re less than two weeks away from Hanukkah, so I’ve prepared my 2021 Celebration guide to help you with some ideas on how to celebrate and make each night memorable.

As always, feel free to mix and match these ideas with whatever works best for your family’s schedule. This is the routine we’ll be going with this year based on our calendar and what works for us.

I know doing 8 nights of celebrations can be overwhelming for many – my goal is to give you some simple ways to make each night special without making it too complicated.

Which of these activities is your favorite? Did I miss a fun idea you’d like me to include? Comment below to let me know!

Here are some more photos of our celebration and activities from last year, I hope this inspires you to try something new this year for Hanukkah! 🙂

I also want to take this opportunity to say that I do not believe in “gatekeeping” how anyone chooses to celebrate holidays. Do what YOU want to do and what works for your family.
If you want to make Maccabee Men cookies and craft a homemade Hanukkiah then that’s great.
If you prefer to keep Hanukkah as a small celebration and focus solely on lighting the candles and saying the blessings each night, that’s 100% valid and beautiful.
If you like visiting the local Christmas lights, watching Home Alone and making Hanukkah stockings that’s cool, too.
I grew up in a Jewish + Christian interfaith home so we celebrated everything and did it our way.
All of this is to say – you do you, boo.

xoxo Miss Mariss
